Email hello@dupeshopbeauty.com with your order number & tell us which items you'd like to return. We'll handle the rest from there.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the products back. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. For obvious hygienic reasons, we only accept returns for unused items with the original seals intact.

Love it, good color, easy to use and doesn’t smudge
This is wonderful. It is a lovely colour. It gives a nice lift and defines the lashed beautiful. I prefer brown to black, for me it feels better for daytime, a bit softer. Anyway, I've been looking for ages for a good quality one that would still provide a lift. This does just that, lovely effect natural yet it does enhance. The size is great too as it feels fresh and non clumpy. Very good product I'll be back.
Nice to just give some definition to my light coloured brows between tints.
Lasts all day. Looks great
keeps my brows in place all day, without looking too spikey or crispy like other brow products can. I have tried the Benefit one and I think this is better and so much cheaper
