What is a dupe?

Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will recieve an email with a tracking link/number. Please check your junk and spam folders. Order by 3pm for same-day dispatch.
If you need any help please email hello@dupeshopbeauty.com with your name and order number. We are available 7 days a week and we will get back to you as fast as possible. We typically reply to customer support queries within 4 hours. -
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or amended but we have a super simple 45-day returns policy.

What is the returns policy?
If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of delivery to receive a full refund for the products.
How to place a return:
Email hello@dupeshopbeauty.com with your order number & tell us which items you'd like to return. We'll handle the rest from there.Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the products back. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. For obvious hygienic reasons, we only accept returns for unused items with the original seals intact.

No! We do not sell any replicas or knock-offs. All of our products are reputable & ethically sourced. We’re here for people with classy taste but who are money-savvy.
