Returns Policy

If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of delivery to receive a full refund for the products.

How to place a return:
Email hello@dupeshopbeauty.com with your order number & tell us which items you'd like to return. We'll handle the rest from there.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the products back. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. For obvious hygienic reasons, we only accept returns for unused items with the original seals intact.
