The Primark PS… Lip Plumper is an absolute steal compared to its less budget friendly counterpart.
We all love the Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme plumping gloss. It was the talk of the town when it first came out and it still a popular product.
We have found that the plumping results we get from the Primark lip plumber are just as WOW as the Too Faced Lip Injection gloss.
